NPUMC Acolyte Information

Acolytes are important leaders in New Prospect’s worship services.  Acolytes help everyone in church to experience the light of Christ by bringing the light and cross to every worship service to remind us that God is with us and was sent to us as Jesus Christ, the light of the world.

As the light and cross leave the Sanctuary at the end of the worship service, we are reminded to go out into the world and SHINE the light of Christ into the world.

For information on the duties and responsibilities of an acoltye during a worship service or to sign up please see Mr. Austin Sanders.
